From Vision to Virginia's Healthcare Workforce
Butterflies in Motion LLC was established in 2020 in Hampton Roads, Virginia, at a time when the need for qualified, compassionate healthcare workers had never been greater. We saw a gap — motivated individuals who wanted to serve their community but lacked access to affordable, high-quality, state-approved training.
We built our programs from the ground up with one standard in mind: every graduate should be fully prepared to sit for the Virginia State Board of Nursing examination and step into a healthcare role with confidence. That commitment earned us approval from the Virginia Board of Nursing and registration with the Virginia Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services.
Today, Butterflies in Motion LLC continues to grow — expanding our curriculum, deepening our clinical partnerships with assisted living and memory care facilities across Hampton Roads, and preparing to launch our CNA training program.
